MADRIGAL FORMS

After you see the form on the screen, click on the Typewriter icon, then you can click into any field that has BLUE TEXT and type anything you wish. Just click into the field, and you can backspace or highlight and delete any of the existing text and replace it with the correct information. If there are any fields where you don't want information printed, just click into the field and backspace out the text. .Note, you cannot edit this document online if you are using Google Chrome. Both Firefox and Internet Explorer work just fine. I don't know about Safari or other Internet browsers. If you cannot edit these forms online, just save them to your hard drive, and open them up in your regular Adobe Reader. You should be able to edit, then. It always helps to have the latest Adobe Reader (version X).

If the form is too, small, move your mouse pointer to the bottom of the document and click on the plus symbol a few times.

When you are done typing, move your mouse pointer to the bottom of the document and click on the first icon (looks like a floppy disk) to save the document to your hard drive. You can also click on the printer icon and print the document you just filled out.
